But for Halloween lovers, the return of the USS Nightmare is a sign that fall is just around the corner and the haunting season is about to begin! Just in time for its 22nd season, the USS Nightmare crew members are putting the final touches on this year’s show and are anxious to welcome “visitors” on board beginning with a special showing on Riverfest Day, Sunday, September 1.
Built on an authentic wrecked steamboat, the USS Nightmare is annually one of the scariest and highest rated attractions in the Greater Cincinnati area making it the area’s best Halloween entertainment.
Come aboard, if you dare, and be among the first to experience this year’s tour which exposes new areas of the historic Death Dredge. On Riverfest Day, enjoy the show for a discounted ticket price of just $10 per person. (For even bigger savings, purchase online before Riverfest Day for just $8!) Ticket sales will begin at 3:30 p.m., and the show will be open from 4 to 8 p.m.
