The legendary Haunted Schoolhouse and Haunted Laboratory at 1300 Triplett Blvd. in Akron are seeking dozens of workers who want the thrill of bringing screams to the autumn air during the 2011 Halloween season.
Anybody who believes they have what it takes to join the Scream Team as a monster, actor or makeup artist is asked to attend our monstrous job fair on Wednesday, September 14 at 6 p.m.
All applicants must be at least 16 years old. These are paid positions.
The screams return when The Haunted Schoolhouse and The Haunted Laboratory open for the 2011 season on Friday, September 23 at 7:30 p.m. We've got more demented details at www.hshlab.com. We're also haunting Facebook.

Each of our attractions, which are two of the oldest in the coutnry, have become an Akron tradition -- the 2011 haunted house season marks the 38th year for The Haunted Schoolhouse and the 31st year for The Haunted Laboratory.

The Schoolhouse features three floors of fright inside a former elementary school where guests come face-to-face with droves of creatures and classic monsters. The Haunted Laboratory takes its guests through four floors of terror where experiments have gone awry. New for 2011 -- a portion of the Haunted Laboratory is now in eye-popping 3D!
